A good one

This app is a really good one for watching over your food and calories consumption. The reason why I gave it only 3 stars is that they offer you to record regularly day to day for 7 days all the positions - weight, food and so. and then you get a pro version for free. Ive done it for 6 days - today was the last one (so said the app) and suddenly it says 5 days to go! This is very disappointing!

To do list please

Breastfeeding mom trying to lose weight here! I am a “To do list” person and this totally helps me! You get to check off the exercises you have completed which change the calories you can eat. It counts your calories and you can add what you ate or drank. It gives you a list of what to eat, even a plan for breastfeeding moms! If you like checklists this is for you!

It’s okay but the best I’ve used

👍The app is pretty good. It reminds me to eat & I need the reminders. 👍Indicates healthy & non-healthy food choices 👎 In order to keep track of water a monthly fee is required. 👎 There’s not enough foods from which to select. (Example: lemon food-bars from national companies)

Very user friendly and effective

I have been using this app for 6 months and have lost the 20 lbs I needed to lose with very little suffering compared to what I see most dieters go through. I mostly follow the low-calorie healthy foods plan, substituting where I need to by following the calorie guidelines, and in the process I have learned a lot about portion size, which was really the source of my original problem. The graphs are helpful, the food is balanced, the exercise recommendations are very doable (challenging but not too much, and not requiring crazy equipment). People have come up to me and said how healthy I look, and I feel healthier, so I have recommended this app to many friends.
